" This delightful character cottage is situated down a quiet lane in Northwood just outside of West Cowes. Original parts of the cottage date back to 1750 and are documented at one stage as being the servant's quarters to the main house at the front. The cottage is Grade II listed and has been tastefully extended resulting in the old and new blending together giving a nice flow to the overall accommodation. The layout is flexible and downstairs there is a lovely room, facing the lane, that is currently used as a study but could work equally well as a downstairs bedroom or additional living space. The lounge features a working open fire place and reclaimed floorboards and is a spacious 6.68 metres in length.
