" AGENTS COMMENTS A stunning home, individually designed and built in the early 2000's that certainly delivers the wow factor, along with everything that a young, growing family wants and needs. There is space aplenty on offer here, both upstairs and downstairs, and the layout will certainly appeal to those of you who are after an open plan, modern way of life. Locally, the excellent Northwood and Gurnard primary schools are nearby, as is Cowes Enterprise College. Good transport links across the Island are also close at hand, along with quick and easy access to the mainland via the Red Jet ferry terminal which is great news for commuters. The first floor comprises four bedrooms and luxurious bathroom, whilst the ground floor houses the sunny conservatory, 21ft lounge, 19ft kitchen/diner and the always handy utility room complete with a shower and WC. A low maintenance, wrap around garden is joined by the driveway to complete this stunning family house in a convenient location. 

OWNERS COMMENTS It was a combination of things that attracted us to the house nine years ago. The size, layout and location were just about perfect for us. Everything we need is within easy reach for both practical and fun filled reasons. Being close to the Red Jet ferry terminal is brilliant when we want to pop over to the mainland for the day. We have done much to the house over the years to keep it fresh, modern and up together. We will miss the house, the garden, and location greatly as we move on to the next chapter in our lives.
