" Never has the phrase Location, Location, Location been so appropriate! It is often the case that we as estate agents are frequently asked for that versatile town house, especially here in Cowes. We are also asked to find a property that hasn’t met the hands of budding developers or a landlord looking for additional crew lets. We are delighted to see these two properties hit the open market giving everybody a fair opportunity to own one or two of these town houses in the Cowes ‘Golden Mile’.
The opportunities here are serious and with the correct vision somebody will make a stunning home that has the option for a decked roof terrace, similar to that of your neighbours providing breathtaking sea views and is perfect for outdoor entertaining with a continually changing outlook. There really aren’t many vantage points in Cowes better than this! Currently the property provides a garage and store to the ground floors, an open plan living room and kitchen to the middle floors and at the top, two bedrooms and a bathroom. We've owned the two properties for some time now, originally we owned just one and then when the opportunity arose to purchase next door we jumped at the chance and knocked through on the middle floor to make a larger residence for ourselves. We love the location and having all that Cowes has to offer on your doorstep is simply wonderful. As we are now getting towards our later years the properties are unsuitable to our needs also as a result there's a number of jobs around the house which need attention to return the property to its former glory. We will certainly miss all that these properties have offered us whilst we have lived here and hope the new owners will be as fond of them.
