" AGENTS COMMENTS Looking for a home within easy walking distance of Cowes town centre and Red Jet? Then look no further! A fantastic example of a three bedroom, Victorian villa retaining many of its original features yet having been sympathetically modernised and extended to provide fantastic family accommodation. On the ground floor there is a lounge, family room, utility room, modern bathroom with a shower and a fantastic 21'2 kitchen/diner which provides excellent space for all budding chefs to entertain your guests with bi-fold doors leading out to an enclosed rear garden. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC. There are two further rooms on the second floor which are currently being used as guest bedrooms. Outside, there is parking for two cars and a secluded, walled rear garden. The property retains many character features including original fire places which adds to the glam and charm of the property. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We had been looking for a property as an investment and had looked at over 50 houses over an eight month period. As soon as I walked into Clifton Villa's through to the kitchen/family room, I knew this was the 'one' without even seeing upstairs. We ran the house as a crew/family holiday home and everyone that stayed, said what a fantastic house it was to stay in, big enough for a full crew or two families holidaying together, great for get-togethers or plenty of space to chill out. It also makes the perfect home for a larger family, although we have never lived there it has the feel of a 'real home' and I have spent many hours there and always come away feeling relaxed and calm, it is a real haven.
