" Situated on the outskirts of Newport is this terraced property benefiting from an extensive garden with rear access. The accommodation itself offers a porch to the front with a door into the lounge which has a double glazed window to the front, staircase leading up to the first floor, wall mounted fuel less gas fire and radiator. A panel glazed door leads through to the dining room with an internal window through to the utility room, radiator and fireplace with gas fire. Another door leads through into the kitchen which is fitted with a range of wall and base mounted units with work surface over and tiled splash backs incorporating a built in oven and hob, one and a half sink unit and drainer. Double glazed french doors lead out to the double glazed conservatory and a separate door leads into the utility room and downstairs wc. To the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double glazed window to the front aspect and a radiator and the other with a double glazed window to the rear, a radiator and door through to the bathroom. The bathroom has a suite comprising of separate bath and shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin and low level wc with double glazed widow. There is a built in cupboard housing the 'Vaillant' boiler servicing heating and hot water. From the first floor landing there is a loft hatch with a drop down ladder with access up to the loft room which has a velux window to the rear and furtehr under eaves storage space. The garden at the rear is enclosed and mainly laid to lawn with a decked patio area, a wide variety of plants and shrubs and a shed and workshop area at the bottom with rear gated access.
