You also have an enclosed rear garden for the children to play safely in after school. Inside, the house comprises three bedrooms (one en-suite) and the family bathroom on the first floor, whilst the ground floor houses the kitchen, handy cloakroom, and the 15ft lounge/diner. A stylish, well presented home just a few minutes from Newport's bustling town centre. 

OWNERS COMMENTS Buying a newly built house gave us the peace of mind that we were going to live in our first home without having any costly repairs to carry out. We could just move in straight away and enjoy life without anything to do. The size of the three bedrooms impressed us greatly and having the en-suite shower room and downstairs cloakroom was also a huge bonus. Everything we need for daily life is close by and the neighbours are lovely people. We are offering the house for sale 'chain free'.
