For the first time ever, another family will be lucky enough to raise their children in this generously sized home near to the bustling town centre and local schools. The house is spread over three floors and comprises five bedrooms with no 'box room' in sight, a lounge, dining room, a 17' kitchen, bathroom, en-suite shower room, cloakroom and a great 'work from home' office! It will make a great home for any young, growing family. The only downside is that the kids may never want to fly the nest! Parking for plenty is also available here with the driveway to the front being accompanied by a garage to the rear. Locally, everything you need for daily life is nearby including shops, primary and secondary schools, along with excellent transport links across the Island. A low maintenance, modern home that has been looked after and kept in ready to move into condition by the owners. 

OWNERS COMMENTS After a very happy 13 years here, it will be a strange experience living somewhere else. We shall definitely miss what has been a brilliant home for all of the family and holds many fond memories. Now the children are grown up and moving on with their lives, it's time for us to downsize as the property is too big for just the two of us. We hope to stay local as the setting is great for walking the dogs and being able to walk in to town. The size of the house is great for family get togethers and the sunny garden is a lovely place to enjoy the summertime barbeques. The kids loved the size of the bedrooms and having the bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom has been particularly handy for the morning rush to get ready for school and work. The study is a good room for working from home, the kids often used it to do their homework in peace and quiet. We hope the new owners enjoy as many happy years here as we have amongst our friendly and considerate neighbours.
