Mum and Dad will love the fact that the kids can get to school quickly from here, whilst access to anywhere on the Island for your place of work is also made easy with the excellent transport links from the town centre being within walking distance. Internally, the house comprises of three generously sized bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor, whilst the ground floor houses the kitchen and utility area, 14' lounge and 12' dining room, making there space aplenty on offer. Outside, there is a large, flat, child and dog friendly garden that also provides the ideal setting for inviting a few friends over for a barbeque when the sun is shining! A charming, spacious house with gorgeous kerb appeal, waiting for the next owners to call home. 

OWNERS COMMENTS It will be a very strange experience living somewhere else after two very happy decades here, but now the kids are flying the nest we do not need such a big house or garden. The excellent and ultra handy location, along with the space on offer made it an easy decision to want to live here and we were glad we had such a big house and garden as the family grew. Locally, everything we need is within easy reach, the schools are nearby, the town centre is just a short walk away as are a few good pubs! We will miss our incredibly friendly neighbours as we move on and we hope the new owners enjoy as many happy years here as us.
