" This home has a real warm family feeling, it's been lived in and loved. This one is a real tardis, all the family can fit in, spread out and have their own space. A family room at the front could be your TV or music room, then a formal dining room offers another separate space to use as you fancy, and this room has a door that opens to your rear gardenThe hub of the home is the kitchen and dining room, the family all gather here and catch up on the days events enjoying the very pleasant outlook over the rear decking and garden.
Move upstairs and you have a cracking sized master bedroom plus an en-suite bedroom, and a third bedroom and the bathroom are also on this floor too.
A really useful attic room completes the accommodation, which also has double glazing and central heating.Outside to the rear you can sit and enjoy the sun looking over your compact and easy to look after garden from the decked area and crucially, for this road, you have your own parking space. Everything is at your convenience here, stroll into the town for a night out without worrying about taxis, and your children can all walk to school or there is a bus route nearby.

What the Owner says:

This house attracted us as it just offered so much room for our family as initially there was us and eight children and we all managed comfortably.
We have made a number of improvements and changes including knocking through kitchen and making a dining area where we spend the majority of our time. We also installed an en-suite, which was a real bonus to have.
The house is great for entertaining and we have had up to 70 people enjoying a party here.
The garden is quite functional and when you sit out the back, you can't hear the traffic.
The convenience of the location is fabulous as all the schools are local and a short walk will take you into the town.
