" We have not seen anything like this in 2011 so far! Very different in layout - not your standard semi detached home and we really think that you must take a look to take the same feel that we have. No issue with parking here; your own garage and driveway to house that collectable car or bike, or even if the garage is the 'master of the home's hideaway, that box is clearly ticked. As 'Mr' is playing around in the garage, 'Mrs' can be putting together some culinary delights in the fantastic kitchen. There will be no arguments over who is hitting the hot water first as the property comes with a beautiful bathroom with an excellent shower and an en-suite off the master bedroom. With all the modern touches, 'Mr' can use that while 'Mrs' can simply lay back in her very own bathroom in the roll-top bath and relax in those bubbles. Move on in and enjoy your home!

I have lived here for twenty eight years now and I have loved every moment. The area is great for all your daily needs. I have, within the last year, totally transformed the whole house. It has been a building site from inside out but now, I am very pleased that all the modifications and general updates are complete. I thought long and hard when I redeveloped the home to bring it up to its present specification and I now feel that it is very neutral all through and ready for the next owners to move straight in to with nothing to do at all. Baffins I will miss but I must now move on to pastures new.
