" A most charming and attractive sea front residence forming part of the private Sea Lane Estate. Bywater House is steeped in history and was used during the second world war by servicemen. The well proportioned and flexible accommodation is beautifully presented, with most of the principal rooms benefiting from superb sea views. Recently the house has been used as a surgery with its own door and access to the property, and could be used for a number of purposes. It also has a studio attached to the garage, which is currently let out as a holiday flat, providing a useful extra source of income. The house has three/four well proportioned reception rooms on the ground floor and the master bedroom suite includes an en suite bathroom and two dressing areas. The house has two bedroom suites on the first floor and has the potential to offer many further options for bedrooms.
SITUATION
Bywater House is nestled at the end of Sea Lane and occupies, in our opinion, one of the best plots on the Sea Lane Estate in Middleton on Sea. The village of Middleton on Sea offers a range of local facilities briefly comprising a primary school, two doctors' surgeries, one with a pharmacy, a post office, newsagent, convenience store, hardware store, florist and public house. The nearby village of Felpham offers further schools, a sports centre with swimming pool, golf club, public houses, shops and two banks. There are also nearby sailing facilities at both Felpham and Bognor Regis. A regular bus service links the village to the nearby Bognor Regis town centre which offers a more comprehensive range of amenities. The cathedral city of Chichester and the famous Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse can all be found within 11 miles of Middleton on Sea.
