" A stunning new build property finished to a very high specification, set on the waterfront with superb views, situated on the private Sea Lane Estate in Middleton on Sea.

A covered porch has a front door opening into a spacious wood panelled entrance hall with doors to all the principle rooms, a downstairs WC and stairs to the first floor, with a storage cupboard below.
