" A substantial detached Victorian house, formerly a school, set on a popular road in the heart of Felpham village and less than 250 yards from the beach and sailing club. The house offers well presented and spacious accommodation throughout including a fabulous 22 ft main reception room as well as two further reception rooms and a large modern kitchen with a vaulted ceiling. The first floor has four double bedrooms, with the briefest of sea glimpses from the master bedroom. There is a bathroom with claw bath on the first floor and the ground floor has a shower room. The garage has been converted into a large store room, with access from the hall, but could be turned back into a garage relatively easily. To the rear is an enclosed garden which is mostly laid to lawn, with raised decking and a summerhouse.
Situation
The pretty village of Felpham offers a wide range of local facilities including schools, a doctors' surgery with pharmacy, a sports centre with swimming pool, golf club, public houses and shops. Felpham Sailing Club and Middleton Sports Club are also nearby. A regular bus service links the village to Bognor Regis which offers a more comprehensive range of amenities. Historic Arundel, the cathedral city of Chichester and the famous Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse can all be found within a 10 mile radius.
