Description    We are pleased to offer this very well presented semi detached bungalow located on the popular Flansham Park Estate in Felpham. Location    The bungalow is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Flansham Park. Amenities close by to the (property include a medical centre, Tesco Express and bus services that pass through the estate. There is also many pleasant walks and open greenery in the area. The main town centre is just a few miles to the west and offers much greater range of shops as well as a mainline train station.

Our View    The property is our opinion is in very good order throughout and has been well cared for by the owner. Its tastefully decorated so a buyer is able to move straight in. All the rooms are good sizes and allows someone to move straight in. This is one not to be missed!
