" This detached bungalow of non standard construction is believed to have been built in October 1956 of compressed stone slabs as a 'Cornish Unit' bungalow. The property is in need of refurbishment and lends itself for redevelopment subject to planning consent. Enjoying views from the front towards the South Downs, the accommodation currently includes entrance porch, hall, kitchen with space for fridge, freezer and cooker, plumbing for washing machine, larder and double aspect sitting room with fireplace and doors opening to a single glazed sun room. There are two double bedrooms and a fully tiled shower room. To the front a long driveway approaches the property and there is a detached garage. The plot is approximately 0.15 acres with the south facing rear garden measuring some 98 ft in length.

The charming village of Middleton on Sea offers a wide range of local facilities including a primary school, doctors' surgery, pharmacy, sports/social club, post office and a range of useful shops, cafe, fish and chip shop and a pub.
