A detached brick 3/4 bedroom chalet bungalow full of charming character with L shaped Living room/diner, kitchen, utility room, Two ground floor bedrooms and a bathroom, and two first floor bedrooms. Which also has the benefit of approved planning to extend to the front(Ref: M/51/07) if required. Situated on a private estate 250 meters from the beach front.

Description
The front door opens to a hallway with a split level and stairs leading to the first floor. The living room diner has a log burner with French doors opening onto the rear garden and doorways to the bathroom and an open way to the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of units with a four ring gas hob, electric oven and filter hood above. Space is given for a fridge, dishwasher and dryer.
