" This surprisingly spacious detached chalet style house is located a short distance from the Middleton on Sea village centre and is set on a large plot. The rear garden is a particular feature of the property. The existing accommodation comprises entrance hall, spacious living room, dining room, family room with doors to the rear garden, kitchen, bathroom and ground floor bedroom. Stairs at the end of the entrance hall lead to the first floor landing where bedrooms 1 and 2 can be found. Bedroom 1 is of a particularly notable size and benefits from an en suite shower room. From the landing and both bedrooms doors lead into the eaves storage areas. Outside the property enjoys seclusion both at the front and rear. The front garden and driveway provide parking for several vehicles and leads to the attached garage. The rear garden is a generous size being mainly laid to lawn with patio areas, mature shrubs and trees. There are also two garden sheds (one with power and light) and a timber summerhouse with power and light.
