" It's not often you find such a spacious flat that is presented in such good condition. Being on the first floor is great for security and overlooking the lovely communal garden.There is an outside drying area and plenty of parking for residents and visitors. The location is fantastic, being tucked away in a cul-de-sac, yet really convenient if you need the shops or the station, as these are all close by.The communal entrance is well presented and you can see that the other residents take pride in its appearance. At the front door to the apartment there is a private, large and secure storage cupboard, perfect for keeping a chest freezer and bikes etc.The wow factor is on the inside of this property. Neutral and modern throughout, the light pours in through the double glazed windows. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles with the 3rd being a good sized single, not the typical box room. The lounge/dining room is really lovely, with plenty of space and the sun shines through the windows (weather permitting of course!).Seeing is believing and this is one to view.
