" This immaculately presented semi-detached house is new to the market with the current owners having lived and loved their home for the past thirty years. During this time, the property has been well maintained both internally and externally with refitted kitchen and bathroom, double glazing and UPVC fascia's and soffits and quality flooring throughout. EPC-D

The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with quality laminate wooden flooring, ground floor WC and storage cupboard.
