" The property is a spacious and well designed house with lots of character and practical features such as off-road parking. As you enter the property, you are greeted with a spacious entrance hall. The sitting room has a very cosy feel with an open fireplace and glorious bay window. The kitchen/breakfast room is a very good size and is home to another original fireplace, which is a towering feature of the house. The modern kitchen units and open plan layout create a fantastic family room and great social space. The downstairs shower room and WC are towards the rear of the house and can be accessed through the garden room.

On the first floor you will find the three main bedrooms, the family bathroom and the study. The master bedroom is a generous double and is fitted with an original fireplace. The second bedroom is also a double and looks out over the garden. The third bedroom is a good size and is accessed through the study. The family bathroom has a large corner bath and has a great painted brick feature wall.

On the second floor is the attic room, which is accessed via its own staircase from the first floor.
