A very well presented detached bungalow located on the outskirts of Bognor Regis in North Bersted. The property comprises of having two double bedrooms, large through lounge/dining room with attractive wood flooring, modern re fitted kitchen complete with ample wall and base cupboard storage units, 1 1/2 bowl sink and drainer, spaces for numerous appliances and a tiled floor. The bathroom has been re fitted and has a white suite comprising of a free standing bath, low level wc, wash hand basin and shower cubicle. The property also boasts gas central heating and is double glazed. Outside there is a large, sunny enclosed lawned garden with timber work shed which has power and to the front there is a shingled driveway. Internal viewing is highly recommended. EPC grade D.

Location

The property is located in the North Bersted of Bognor Regis. The area is particularly popular for both families and retirees and there is access onto the A259 to Chichester which is approximately 4.5 miles away. The main Bognor Regis town is approximately 1.5 miles away from the property and offers a wide range of shopping facilities as well as other amenities such as a cinema, library, theatre and the promenade. Transport links can be found via buses that give access to the rest of East and West Sussex and their is also a mainline train station.

Our View

Quite simply a stunning bungalow that is beautifully presented in one of the less busy areas of Bognor Regis. When you are relaxing in the garden you really do feel that you could be in the countryside! It has been extremely well cared for and we feel the kitchen and bathroom have been fitted to a very high standard. The decor is neutral and bright and would appeal to most buyers. They say that location is all important when buying a home and with access to Bognor Regis and the Cathedral City of Chichester this is in a prime position! So if you are looking for a bungalow that is a good size, modern, in a less busy area and great location then this ticks ALL those boxes!
