Location    On a popular residential road approx. 2.5 miles to the west of Bognor Regis. It is well positioned for the shopping facilities in Nyetimber which has a range of shops, takeaways and public houses. There is also doctor surgery and library nearby. It is a short walk to the beach. Wildlife enthusiasts will be pleased to know there is a large pond nearby with is home to many swans and ducks! There are bus services nearby giving access to the cathedral city of Chichester.

Our View    This is a great bungalow that has been modernised by the current owners. It has modern décor throughout and both the kitchen and bathroom have been updated in recent years. Garden enthusiasts have a lovely garden to enjoy. This is a excellent bungalow that should not be missed!!
