Conveniently situated about half a mile level walk from the beach and just across the road from Coastguards Parade shopping parade, the property provides a particularly comfortable lifestyle for the over 60's. Rose Green village is about three quarters of a mile where a wide variety of local shops and two High Street banks are available.
