" Southwinds is an imposing four double bedroom detached house, which stands is a plot measuring approximately a third of an acre in the much requested area of Aldwick. The property is believed to date from circa 1930 and offers well proportioned and versatile accommodation, which includes a country style kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room, separate dining room and family room/additional office. A self contained office with its own kitchenette, store cupboard and cloakroom can also be found on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and spacious en-suite shower/bathroom as well as three further double bedrooms (two of which have access to a useful storage area/play den) and a further bathroom/WC.
