" Sanderling is a fine individual five bedroom detached residence set in beautifully landscaped, predominantly south facing gardens extending to about 0.35 of an acre. The property offers bright, well proportioned accommodation and is appropriately positioned within its plot to take maximum advantage of the garden's orientation; all principal rooms overlook the gardens, which are a particular feature of the property and include a high retaining flint wall along part of the boundary, enclosing a small secret garden courtyard to one side.

The property is one of just twelve individual homes forming part of the Strange Garden Private Estate, which has its own private access to the beach.
