West Avenue is a mature non-estate location situated about two miles to the west of the seaside town of Bognor Regis. The road comprises a variety of similar aged properties and is conveniently situated approximately one mile from the village of Rose Green, which offers a wide variety of local shops and amenities including a family butcher, greengrocers, hardware store, pharmacy, post office and two high street banks. A bus route is located just around the corner on Aldwick Road. Being located on the outskirts of the town, the location provides easy access to Chichester, which is approximately six miles.
