" A stylish three/four bedroom semi-detached town house located on the periphery of Rose Green village with views of open countryside from the first floor sitting room, yet only 1/2 mile from the village centre shops and amenities. The property was constructed around 2009/2010 by Barrett Homes and is offered with the balance of a Barrett Homes five year warranty and the remainder of the NHBC warranty. The village of Rose Green is located to the west of Bognor Regis and within the parish of Aldwick.
