" This immaculate, well presented bungalow has been almost completely refurbished by the present owners and is located close to the heart of East Wittering village, just a short level walk to the beach. The property would make an ideal downsizing move or second home and there is no forward chain. EPC-D.

The internal accommodation measures 649 sq ft and briefly includes: entrance hall leading to a spacious sitting room which, in turn, has doors opening into the conservatory (currently used as a dining room). The kitchen has been completely refitted with modern Sylvarna units and enjoys the benefit of built-in Neff appliances. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the family bathroom is fitted with a modern, white suite including a walk-in shower, vanity unit and low level WC.
