" This well presented, semi-detached chalet-style house is located in a small, exclusive development of just three properties built approximately 3 years ago by a high quality local builder and enjoys the benefit of the remainder of a 10 year Structural Warranty. The property incorporates many energy-saving features, including high levels of insulation, an 'A' rated condensing gas boiler and under-floor heating to the ground floor and first floor bathrooms. There is also a 5,000L rainwater-harvesting tank providing recycled rainwater for use in WC's and rear garden tap, plus solar panels to provide hot water. EPC-B.
