" Bayview is a spacious semi detached house located in East Wittering, being just 175m of the beach and a short stroll to East Witterng Village centre. In brief, the accommodation measures 2,133 sq ft and is arranged over three floors and includes a large loft room with sea view. On the ground floor, the bright and airy hallway leads to a sittingdining room which has recently been re fitted with a new carpet and has a lovely open fire place. A particular feature of the ground floor is the recently re fitted Wren kitchen with a number of notable upgrades including a boiling tap, quartz work surfaces as well as integrated appliances. The dining area of the kitchen also provides access via French Doors to the garden patio. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a separate cloakroom.

All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and are all large enough to accommodate at least a double bed, furthermore the fifth bedroom provides access to the loft room which has a wonderful sea view and would make an ideal play area or study although is currently utilised as the principle bedroom. There are two bathshower rooms with the possibility of one being changed to an en suite with some minor re configuration works if desired. The large, picturesque rear garden extends approximately 133 ft (40.8m) in length and is mainly laid to lawn with an abundance of mature planters to the borders and colourful flowers. The patio area which is situated off of the dining room provides for a lovely sheltered area and is ideal for alfresco dining. To the front, parking for several vehicles is available and also offers scope for motor home or boat storage.


LOCATION
East Wittering Village Centre is a short walk away and offers a comprehensive range of facilities including: Infants and junior school, doctors, chemist, dentist, library, two mini supermarkets, post office, local butchers, bakers and greengrocer to name but a few. Approximately two miles to the west is the beautiful Blue Flag beach of West Wittering which offers wonderful views of the South Downs and is popular with water sports enthusiasts all year round. Further shopping facilities are available within a 20 minute drive to Chichester where the city centre offers a range of shops, cafes and restaurants and the skyline is dominated by the 12th century cathedral. For those that do not drive, there is a bus service at regular intervals. To the north of Chichester, Goodwood has its own private country club, golf course and full horse racing calendar. Goodwood also plays host to the annual Festival of Speed and the Revival Meeting at its historic motor circuit.
