" Bridge house is a substantial Grade II listed family home that in parts dates back to the 1600?s. The layout of the house is versatile and is set out over three floors. The property is well proportioned and has recently undergone an extensive renovation that blends the historic charm with modern luxuries such as the newly restored electric AGA.

The house comprises six bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a downstairs WC.

Outside the property comes with a generous amount of land that stretches down to the canal to the north and out to the west of the property. There is also a selection of outbuildings with the property ranging from coal sheds to a studio. There is also an approximately 1600sqft outbuilding that could be converted to residential use (subject to planning consent).

The property is ideally located to take advantage of the surrounding area, whether that be Chichester City Centre (3.0 miles) West Wittering beach (6.5 miles) or Itchenor Sailing club and Chichester Harbour itself (5.3 miles).
