" This beautifully presented house is set in a semi rural location and benefits from a large 0.68 plot including a small 0.4 acre paddock. The house has a wonderful open outlook to the front and side over neighbouring farmland and is also only a couple of miles from the beach.

The house has been extended and includes well proportioned open plan living space on the ground floor with a large reception room with a log burner and a modern kitchen opening into the dining area. The kitchen has a Rangemaster oven and granite work tops. Both the sitting and dining room have oak flooring running throughout. In addition there is a utility room and a WC.
