" Cherry Hinton is a well-presented family home situated in the picturesque village of Earnley, just a short distance from the beach. EPC-D.
The house has been recently modernised by the current owner and the work has been completed to a high standard throughout. The ground floor has two reception rooms, a kitchen breakfast room, fourth bedroom or study, plus the benefit of a shower room and separate utility room. There are some great additions to the house, including the Scandinavian wood-burner in the sitting room and oak flooring and doors throughout the property. The property also has gas central heating.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en suite shower room, two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from being dual aspect and looks out over farmland, with glimpses of the sea in the distance.

Situated within the rural village of Earnley, some 5 minutes from the beach and village centre of East Wittering, a coastal Village approximately 7 miles south-west of Chichester. The beach enjoys views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight and is popular with windsurfers. The village offers a range of local facilities including: Infants and junior school, GP surgery, chemist, dentist, library, 2 mini supermarkets, post office, butcher, fishmonger, baker and greengrocer. There is also a regular bus service from Bracklesham Bay or East Wittering to the city of Chichester with its range of shops, cinemas, restaurants, theatre, and main line railway station. The world famous Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit are some 3 miles beyond Chichester.
