" This well presented, spacious modern detached house was built by Cala Homes in 2017 and enjoys the benefit of the remaining NHBC Guarantee. The property is conveniently located in the village of Birdham, roughly equidistant to either the beaches in The Witterings area or the many amenities of Chichester.

The accommodation (2,081 sq ft) is arranged over 3 floors and includes: entrance hall leading to the cloakroom/WC, dining room with French-style doors to garden, sitting room
