" A semi detached 2 double bedroom house, in this popular village which lies to the south of Chichester. Convenient for the marina and harbour and close to the village shop. EPC-D

The rear garden faces south and there is a gate which leads to the rear of Birdham Stores and petrol station. There is also a metal single garage at the rear. No forward chain.
