" Chaffinches Farm is a delightful detached Georgian period farmhouse, thought to date from the beginning of the 19th Century and Grade II listed, sympathetically altered over the years and considerably improved and renovated by the present owners, whilst retaining its period charm.

With mature country gardens, this classic looking Georgian farmhouse has much to offer. There is a fine open fronted period flint barn, stable yard including stables and garaging and recently renovated barn conversion comprising superbly appointed self-contained annexe accommodation. The paddocks and grounds total approximately seven and half acres. From the rear of the property, there are some lovely country views across the coastal plain and towards the South Downs.
