" Hollybank is a spacious older style detached village house situated in a prime location within Birdham village, approximately 1/2 a mile from Birdham Pool, close to Chichester Harbour in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The well proportioned and versatile accommodation includes first floor accommodation of bedroom, dressing room and cloakroom with separate access, which could be adapted to provide separate accommodation from the main house if required.
