" Holly Bank is a spacious older style detached village house situated in a prime location within Birdham village, approximately 1/2 a mile from Birdham Pool, close to Chichester Harbour in An Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. EPC-C.

The property provides well proportioned and versatile accommodation. The present owners have extended and refitted the kitchen with bifolding doors leading out to the patio and garden. Hollybank is accessed via an attractive porch leading to a spacious reception hall and drawing room/conservatory with a south west aspect overlooking part of the extensive garden.
