In addition there are two further rooms on the ground floor which could both be used as double bedrooms. The first floor has a master bedroom with en suite and dressing area and two further bedrooms. In addition there is a family bathroom. The house backs on to a field offering a lovely outlook. The rear garden is mostly laid to lawn, with a small patio off the kitchen. To the front there is parking for at least four cars in front of the single garage. The property has double glazing to most windows and has Propane gas fired central heating. The property is located just off the A259 Chichester to Bognor Road. EPC-G

The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, Festival Theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria.
