" This semi detached house is set in a very pleasant cul de sac, just a short stroll from the beach in Selsey. The property has a bright, modern kitchen and also a conservatory overlooking the rear garden, as well as a garage and off road parking. Situation
The village of Selsey is situated about 8 miles south of Chichester and has a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as a primary and secondary school. There is a regular bus service into Chichester and there is a very popular beach. Chichester has a large range of shops and facilities, including sport clubs, leisure centres and a cinema complex, as well as a mainline station to London Victoria. There is also the renowned Festival Theatre.
