" What a spacious two bedroom house this is in Copnor! With two reception rooms and a conservatory, you could not ask for more space. Whether you are looking for an investment or are a first time buyer, this would make a great purchase for anyone looking to put their own stamp on a property. There is a great deal of potential here. The house is great as it is and has a natural 'flow' through it. The dining room that leads to the kitchen is ideal for entertaining and the conservatory could be a fantastic place to relax after a hard day's work! To the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms, as well as a bathroom. Everyone knows that first floor bathrooms are like gold dust in Portsmouth, so this is a real find!The area is very sought after, with good schools in the area, access to the motorways and with amenities nearby, you are not far from everything you could need. There are not many large two bedroom houses around at the moment, so do not hesitate in calling us to arrange a viewing before you miss out!

I bought this house a few years ago and it was perfect for me at the time. It is a great size and having the bathroom upstairs is ideal. I moved back to the Havant area and have been successfully letting the house in Copnor for several years now. It has been a great investment for me and would be for anyone wishing to do the same thing, or to live in themselves. The property has been kept clean and tidy, so someone can simply move straight in and make any changes they wish to after that. I will be sad to let the property go but it is time for somebody else to enjoy it now.
