" Are you currently searching for a family home in need of no works or updating? It's here and ready for you to look at set at the end of a very popular road here in central North End, close to everything!!Family days sat together in the impressive open plan lounge, watching movies with your feet up will be endless. It's all there for you to enjoy. Evenings after work and school will be great; lady of the home can be putting together the evening meal, children can be sat at the table doing their homework and father of the home can be catching up with the day's events on the news and sport. The schools are all very good locally and the children will be very happy attending them; excellent after school clubs and sports activities for them to take advantage of.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here now for five years and have been very happy here. When we bought it, the biggest selling points for us were the great sized open plan lounge/diner and the large fitted kitchen. We like to sit out in the sun and our rear garden has been very well used, with many days spent enjoying the sunshine that it really does attract. The local neighbourhood has been pleasant and all the neighbours are very polite and courteous. We all look out for each other. We have also liked that we are on top of everything you need on a day to day basis, whether its a takeaway you fancy after work or the fact you've forgotten milk or bread; it's only minutes away. We hope that the next buyers take us much enjoyment from the home as we have.
