I purchased this home 7 years ago and recognised that it had huge potential.I liked the area and it is extremely close to my place of work. I saw that the home offered good spacious living throughout . Since living here I have made many changes from extensive internal decor to a feature landscaped rear garden.
I have hosted many house and garden parties here.For me the main feature to purchase this property was that it had two separate reception rooms. During my time living in the road I have experienced first hand and seen that it is a pleasant close knit neighbourhood and with the road being one way it is quieter than most of the roads locally.
