" This Victorian end of terrace house is in need of complete renovation but offers great scope. The house is very much in its original layout. The ground floor has an entrance hall, two reception rooms and a kitchen. The first floor has three bedrooms. There is no bathroom but there is an outside WC.

A path leads down the side of the property to the garden. There is rear access off Blackberry Lane which runs along the end of the garden, with the potential to create off road parking.
