" A semi-detached house located just outside the city walls on the east side overlooking recreational parkland. The generous and flexible living accommodation includes an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast/family room, large conservatory and ground floor bedroom

(converted from the original garage). There is also an additional lobby and ground floor shower room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and en-suite to the master bedroom. From the first floor landing there is a staircase leading to the attic room with scope to convert to a second floor bedroom, subject to obtaining the necessary consents.

The rear garden is hard landscaped with raised borders for ease of maintenance. It is east facing and extends to approximately 30' in depth. To the front there is also off-road parking.

The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, festival theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria.
