" A light and spacious apartment close to the city centre, with a lovely south and east facing aspect. Set on the second floor of this sought after development and serviced by a lift, the apartment enjoys wonderful views of the cathedral spire from the large reception room and both balconies. The apartment has a large entrance hall with plenty of storage. This leads to the reception room, which is of excellent proportions. In addition there is a kitchen, two double bedrooms, an en suite bathroom and a shower room / cloakroom. The property is in good condition but could do with some updating.
