" A grade II listed property which is currently used as office space with car parking for eight vehicles to the rear, set in the highly desirable area of Little London. Planning permission was granted in Sept 14' to convert to residential (which has now lapsed).
The property offers the rare opportunity (subject to the necessary consents) to convert to this beautiful Georgian town house into a residential home with a garden and parking.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors along with a basement. The previous permitted application for residential use provided three reception rooms, a utility room and kitchen overlooking the gardens.
