" Broadsole Cottage is a charming cottage with a modern touch. The property has been sympathetically restored to retain the character of the original building, whilst benefitting from the convenience and efficiency of modern living.

The entrance hall leads to the open-plan kitchen/breakfast room with double doors to the patio. The dining room and the sitting room are both ideal for family living and entertaining.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The dressing room with its en-suite shower room leads to the spacious dual aspect master bedroom which has double doors overlooking the rear garden and fields beyond. Situated in a semi-rural location in East Ashling village, and conveniently located for Oakwood Private School.
