" This well-proportioned family house is beautifully presented and offered for sale in immaculate condition throughout.

Gables has a balanced feel, with high ceilings and large windows flooding light throughout the house. The large reception hall with its original wood flooring immediately sets the tone for the property.

The sitting room has an open fireplace and a bay window looking to the front of the property. The charming kitchen breakfast room is ideal for a large family and has a sitting area with double doors to the rear patio and garden. The back door leads to the boot room and an additional cloakroom.

The present owners have two bedrooms on the ground floor, both have large picture windows and one has a gas fired stove. There is also a large shower/bathroom and separate cloakroom.
