A genuinely rare opportunity to acquire this truly stunning home set in a quiet rural lane, south of the A259, and within a short walk of the harbour foreshore.

As the name suggests, this impressive home was originally built as a farm workers cottage in 1956, and has since been cleverly extended and comprehensively modernised by the current owners to create a beautiful home in these idyllic surroundings.

The Area

Nutbourne railway halt and the main bus route are both within walking distance of the property, providing links to Chichester, Portsmouth and beyond. The cathedral city of Chichester is situated approximately 6 miles to the east and offers excellent high street shopping and leisure facilities to suit all. Emsworth lies 3 miles to the west and has a good range of local shops as well as its quay, fronting the head of Chichester harbour, where many harbourside walks can be enjoyed. A footpath at the end of Farm Lane leads down to the foreshore and onto both Prinsted and Chidham.
